ALOE VERA
Aloe Vera is used for skin conditions, relieving stings and itching, worming, gut ulceration, muscle stimulant, healing wounds and it's laxative effect.

ARNICA
Arnica is the number one anti-bruising remedy which should be used externally on un-broken skin, quickly after a blow and in conjuction with ice therapy.

BASIL
Basil leaves and flowering tops are used in herbal medicine. Basil acts primarily on the digestive and nervous systems, easing flatulence, colic, indigestion and stomach cramps. It is also believed to kill intestinal worms.

BURDOCK
Burdock is very useful in the treatment of Arthritis, is also used as a diuretic, blood purifier for problems like boils, sores and other chronic skin conditions.

CALENDULA
Calendula has healing and antiseptic properties, helping to restore tissue. It can be used externally as a wash and in ointment form. It doesn't sting, is soothing, removes inflammation, prevents scarring and restores nerve function.

CELERY
Celery is a good cleansing, mildly diuretic herb, useful in ridding the system of an accumulation of waste products. Other uses are to treat arthritic and rheumatic problems.

CHAMOMILE
Chamomile is most commonly used for its calming, relaxing effect on the digestion and in particular the nervous system. It is also an anti-arthritic, anti-spasmodic and anti-allergy herb. It has an anti-inflammatory activity and may help in reducing allergic responses as it contains a number of antihistamine properties. Rich in Calcium it is also used in the treatment of osteo-arthritis and noted for being an ulcer-protective. May also be applied externally as a tea to help itching and irritation and is most soothing for allergic skin conditions.

CHASTE TREE BERRY
Chaste Tree Berry is primarily used to help balance hormonal irregularities in mares that may be displaying discomfort, erratic or "bitchy" behaviour when they are in season. May be used in conjunction with Chamomile.

CLIVERS
Clivers has antiseptic qualities and is a general detoxifier as well being a useful lymphatic system stimulant, easing swollen legs and joints.

COMFREY
This is undoubtedly a wonder herb. Used for thousands of years primarily to mend broken bones and carries the nickname "Knitbone". It works just as well on wounds, tendons, fractures, soft tissue, sprains, ulcers and cartilage. This is in part due to the content of allantoin which promotes replacement of the relevant cells at a much more rapid rate than in usual healing, thus reducing the risk of scar tissue, proud flesh and arthritis.
